Please read the following message from the Virginia Election Protection Coalition, one of REV UP Virginia’s partner organizations. Volunteers are needed now! We ask you to seriously consider donating your time and energy.
October 13, 2026
Election Day is less than one month away. Early voting has already begun, and protecting access to the ballot box remains critical. We need your help to ensure every eligible Virginian can exercise their right to vote.
With voting rights and democratic institutions facing ongoing challenges, we cannot afford to sit this one out.
That’s why we’re calling on you to volunteer with the Virginia Election Protection Coalition, the largest nonpartisan voter protection effort in the Commonwealth. Together, we can help ensure voters have the information and support they need to cast their ballots.
How can you help? Our volunteers play a critical role in protecting voters by answering questions, identifying potential barriers to voting, and ensuring voters have access to the support they need. Whether you’re on the ground at polling locations or supporting efforts behind the scenes, there’s a place for you in this effort.
Training is live now! Whether you’re a seasoned advocate or a first-time volunteer, we’ll provide the training and resources you need to feel confident and prepared to support voters. No previous experience is necessary.
To create an account and sign up for a training, visit www.protectthevoteva.org/hub. Sign up as soon as possible!
Need help getting started? We’re here to help! If you have questions about signing up, accessing your account, finding a volunteer opportunity, or scheduling a custom shift that works for you, email [email protected]. Our team is happy to help!
Together, we can protect the right to vote. Welcome to the movement.
In solidarity,
Virginia Election Protection Coalition
